The parallel gastronomy events of Hotelia 2022 are dedicated to highlighting locality and creating a complete tourist experience through gastronomy with the theme "My Local Greek Choice".

On the table of the special dining area in stand 9, on the 3 days of the exhibition, masterclasses will be held, where delicious local products, of excellent quality, with a low energy footprint from various regions of the country, will be presented.

At the same time, they will be shown innovative products, trends and new applications that dominate gastronomy, good production practices, tradition and authenticity.
