DPOINT SPACES, the point of inspiration for architects,
decorators and hoteliers at Hotelia 2016
DPOINT SPACES is the innovative hotel architecture and decoration event which will be held together with the Hotelia & Philoxenia fairs (18/11/16) at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Conference Center, under the organization of Interiors from Greece and TIF HELEXPO. In this framework, three distinct projects by well-known architectural practices will be showed in an event, covering 400sm. DPOINT SPACES aims at giving prominence to different theme sections which are related to the professional activity of every hotelier, architect, decorator, technical company as well as every professional who is directly or indirectly tourism-related.

The architectural practices which will take part in DPOINT SPACES 2016 are MAKRIDIS ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, MINAS KOSMIDIS – Architecture in Concept and NOMEN ARCHITECTS. The projects of the three practices reflect the contemporary architecture and decorations methods while at the same time respond to the modern needs of the touristic sector. Let’s see the three distinct theme sections:
“Green Zero Hotel”, designed by MAKRIDIS ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS is the first, modular hotel and reflects all modern practices and methods which lead to a more ecological lifestyle, which promotes sustainability, through the bioclimatic design, energy efficient technologies and advanced building methods.
“Future Boutique” is signed by the MINAS KOSMIDIS - Architecture in Concept practice. It is an installation addressed to hoteliers who wish to invest in accommodation spaces of highly luxury aesthetics where new technologies are the leading star. Goal of the project is to provide a complete boutique hotel solution!

Finally, “Rent A Design Room” designed by the architectural practice NOMEN ARCHITECTS is an installation which comes to break down the myth that renting room renovation lacks in aesthetics and design, in order to ensure a low-cost investment, on the businessman’s side.

The three projects will be entirely constructed with the dynamic participation of furniture, lighting, construction and decoration companies, during Hotelia exhibition, fact that makes the ambitious project even more interesting.
